At caravanledlighting.co.uk we promise we will not make any money from you on our shipping.

Postage service rates are now weight dependant and include credit/debit card transaction fees:

Standard delivery usually leaves our warehouse within 2 working days and Royal mail will then deliver a few days later within the UK.  

  • Up to 100 g £2.50 First Class post
  • Up to 250g £2.75 First Class post
  • Up to 500g £2.89 First class post
  • Up to 750g £3.30 First class post
  • Up to 1 KG £3.85 First class post
  • Up to 1.25KG4.99 First class post

Our international shipping rates are provided at cost please consult the checkout cart for pricing.

The final postage figure will be shown in the checkout before card details are taken. Customers can 'upgrade' to next day delivery at the checkout and the price is displayed. For full prices see the 'NEXT DAY DELIVERY section under INFORMATION. 

Delivery Process

We Aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is pending and another once the goods have been despatched.

If we are out of stock we will contact you within 4 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order.

Any customers who have paid for 'next day' or 'courier next day' will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfill the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock - as long as you agree to this.

What happens if items go missing in the post? (UK only)

If Items go missing in the post, Royal Mail terms and conditions state  
"No claims can be made until 15 working days has passed from the date of posting" 
after the 15 days has elapsed (UK only) we will put a claim in with Royal Mail (this takes Royal Mail up to 30 days to investigate) Any customer that provides incorrect address details will have to reply on Royal Mail returning the items to us as they do not allow us to make a claim if the customer has supplied the wrong or incorrect address details. 

Returns/problems with orders:

Please do not return any items to caravanledlighting without first contacting us by email only (our telephone sales team will no be able to help)

We will supply you with a returns number to to make sure your return is processed as soon as possible. Please quote your invoice number and the reason for return.

Terms


No returned goods will be accepted unless authorised by us and the package is marked clearly with the issued returns number.
We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible (within 30 days).
If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, individuals have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days following of receipt and return the items for a refund*

*excluding trade/business transactions

 If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course replace or refund these, as appropriate, as quickly as possible. Please advise us of any problems within 30 days of delivery of your order.
If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 30 days of receipt for returns instructions.
 

If you are uncertain as to whether or not you are ordering the correct item, please do not order large quantities. If in doubt, either contact us for advice or order a single item to ensure that it is correct before ordering large quantities.

We are unable to except unwanted items after 7 days- so please make sure to send them back promptly.
